Pretrial Services
Pretrial services officers supervise those defendants who are released to the community on bond prior to trial. Supervision of defendants pending trial may include electronic monitoring, random drug and alcohol testing, reporting, and referrals to appropriate community agencies. This type of supervision by the court enhances public safety as well as the reliability of the defendants appearing for court proceedings.
